Light & Air: Bright, indirect sunlight (morning sun preferred; avoid afternoon heat) paired with high ambient airflow.
Our Setup: Most of our plants are in self-watering pots using a custom chunky, airy mix that lets roots breathe while maintaining even moisture.
Repotting: Wait 2–3 weeks. Letting plants settle into your home's light and humidity after shipping makes for a much happier transition.
Quarantine: Best practice is to quarantine any new arrival for 2 weeks to let it acclimate safely and give you total peace of mind.
Returns: All sales are final. Because rare tropical plants are living and perishable, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once they leave our studio.

Shipping Schedule: Dispatched via Australia Post Express on Mondays and Tuesdays so plants never sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed after Sunday midnight ship Tuesday or the following week.
Quarantine States (WA, TAS, NT): Yes, we ship via the concierge service of your choice. We happily follow your chosen protocols—just message us before ordering to coordinate.
Custom Packaging: Every plant is wrapped securely in custom, thermally insulated packaging to buffer against temperature swings and keep foliage pristine.
